After attending many family functions with my two children, and tailgating at my favorite college games and seeing how some of those "other" games are made and played I decided to go one better. Make a game that is fun to play for children and adults and make it so you can actually win money by doing it..
2008 is the début of Pro Ring Toss, I developed it shortly after attempting to play Horse shoes with my six your old son, obviously I had a slight advantage. Pro Ring Toss's game pieces and rules tend to even out the field.
Pro Ring Toss has a limited lifetime guarantee,. Why limited you ask? Because one component of the game, the hardwood boxes, will eventually wear out. But the hardware which include the center peg and the six rings are solid! Under normal usage these items should outlast the original owner and can be handed down through generations.
Pro Ring Toss is portable, only 16" x 16" X 5" when configured in the transportation mode. Breaks down to the size of a brief case and weighs approximately 12 LBS
The rules are simple. In the box 1 point, on the peg 3 points, balanced on edge you are awarded 2 points. Points can be "cancelled by competetor that throws second. See Rules for examples and complete rules.
Set up is easy and it can be played indoors. ( with proper precautions )
